Our Testimonials - What People Say?

This is a superb walker, A bit expensive although worth every penny. The quality is very good and you only get what you pay for. the colour I had was the red and it’s more like an orange. It looks superb. I like the bag, it weighs nothing & easier to lift than any of the others I’ve had. It’s a superb walker and I would recommend anyone spending a bit more and buying one of these. The folding of this walker is very good and will fit in any car. This makes my life a lot easier.

If the supplied bag was even the least bit useful then I would give this product six stars. It is so easy to fold. Once folded it it is still easy to wheel around, say to a car boot, where it's folded size is easy to put even into the smallest boot. It is light enough to pick up with one hand when folded. It can also be used partially folded to get through small spaces.I have taken it on a cruise and it stood self supporting fully folded by my dining table each evening taking up remarkably little room. It also managed shore excursions with no problems. The wheels are large enough to navigate pavements etc. but like all rollators it will follow inclines such as driveway entrances.Overall it is sturdy and well built and feels like a quality product (save for that dreadful bag). There are cheaper products but you only get this level of quality at this price point and above.Highly recommended.

I've been using the Trive for several weeks and it has transformed my mobility. It feels stable and is very maneuverable. It's light enough for me to carry folded, up and down stairs. It does really fold up easily and compactly and I can get it onto the back seat of my son's little hatchback without help in a minute or so, which makes pick ups in town so much more convenient The people at Uplivin have been very helpful in resolving a small problem about a missing accessory, sorting things out without fuss or bother. I would recommend the Trive to anyone looking for a quality rollator that really delivers in use and which looks like it has many years of use in it. (And it looks terrific, especially in British Racing Green)

I love this. When you grab the strap in the middle of the seat, it folds up. It's light enough to move aside, and it stands on its own and doesn't fall over. I find this better than the walking sticks that I manage to trip myself up with or leave behind. As there is no free-standing with them, they often end up on the floor, which in itself causes complications. No, this is good to help you around. The downside is that I am not small enough to sit in it. To rest my legs. It would be fantastic if you could make this available to take heavier people. I appreciate it would add weight but given the fact of its design. I feel it would be a winner for all.

FAQ for The Trive Rollator

⚙️ Product Features & Specifications

What makes the Trive different from a standard rollator walker?

The Trive is a premium 4-wheel rollator walker featuring a patented folding system that allows the entire walking aid to fold together in one simple movement. Unlike many traditional rollators or walking frames with wheels, there is no need to bend down or fold different sections separately.

Once folded, the Trive becomes exceptionally compact, making it an ideal folding rollator for travel, car journeys and everyday use.

Is the Trive a lightweight rollator?

Yes. The Trive is designed as a lightweight rollator walker weighs 6.5 kg that is easy to handle and transport while still providing a strong and stable aluminium frame.

Please refer to the latest product specification for the exact weight of your model.

What is the maximum user weight for the Trive rollator?

Please refer to the product label or latest Trive specification for the maximum user weight applicable to your particular model and market.

The Trive is designed and tested as a 4-wheel mobility rollator for everyday walking support.

What is the Trive rollator frame made from?

The Trive uses a lightweight aluminium rollator frame with a premium oxidised finish.

The construction is designed to combine strength, durability, low weight and a high-quality appearance.

What is the difference between Trive and Trive All Terrain?

The standard Trive is a compact everyday rollator walker designed for mobility, shopping and travel.

The Trive All Terrain rollator features larger 10-inch wheels, making it better suited to uneven outdoor surfaces and users who spend more time walking outdoors.

Is a rollator the same as a walker?

The terminology varies between countries.

A rollator normally refers to a walking aid with wheels, brakes and usually a seat. It may also be called a rollator walker, 4-wheel walker, wheeled walker, walking frame with wheels or mobility walker.

Trive is a four-wheel rollator with brakes, a seat and an advanced compact folding system.

🧳 Folding, Storage & Travel

How do I fold the Trive rollator?

Simply pull the folding handle on the seat and the Trive folding rollator collapses in one smooth movement. All four legs fold together at the same time, making it particularly convenient for users who need an easy-to-fold mobility aid.

Is the Trive rollator easy to open again?

Yes. Simply push the handles apart and the Trive opens back into position.

Its one-step folding and opening system makes it a practical rollator walker for seniors and people with reduced mobility who want something simple to use every day.

Will the Trive folding rollator fit in a car boot?

Yes. Compact storage is one of the main advantages of the Trive.

Its patented folding system significantly reduces the folded size, making it an excellent compact rollator for car travel and for users who regularly need to lift or store their walking aid.

Is the Trive suitable as a travel rollator?

Yes. Trive’s compact folding design makes it particularly suitable as a travel rollator.

The small folded size makes it easier to transport in cars and store when travelling. If travelling by air, airline policies vary, so we recommend checking directly with your airline beforehand.

🛡️ Comfort, Safety & Daily Use

Does the Trive rollator have a seat?

Yes. Trive is a rollator with seat and backrest, allowing the user to stop and rest whenever needed.

Always apply both parking brakes before sitting on the rollator.

How do the brakes work on the Trive rollator walker?

The hand brakes work in a similar way to bicycle brakes. Pull the brake levers upwards to slow or stop the rollator.

To apply the parking brake, push both brake levers down until they lock into position. Always engage both parking brakes before sitting on the seat.

Can I adjust the handle height?

Yes. The Trive features height-adjustable handles, allowing the rollator walker to be adjusted for different user heights.

Both handles should always be set at the same height to maintain correct posture and control.

Is the Trive rollator suitable for outdoor use?

Yes. Trive is designed as an indoor and outdoor rollator for everyday use on pavements, shopping areas, parks and other reasonably smooth outdoor surfaces.

Its four-wheel design provides stability while remaining easy to manoeuvre.

Can I use the Trive rollator as a wheelchair?

No. Trive is a rollator walker with a resting seat, not a wheelchair or transport chair.

The seat is designed to allow the user to rest while stationary. The user should not be pushed while sitting on the Trive.

For people requiring both a rollator and transport chair, Uplivin offers dedicated 2-in-1 rollator and transport chair products.

Is the Trive rollator tested to a recognised safety standard?

Yes. The Trive is tested in accordance with ISO 11199-2, the international standard applicable to rollators.

This standard covers the safety and performance requirements for walking aids operated by both arms.

Who is the Trive rollator best suited for?

Trive is suitable for seniors and people with reduced mobility who need additional walking support but also value portability, easy handling and modern design.

It is particularly useful for people looking for a:

· Lightweight rollator walker

· Folding rollator for travel

· Rollator with seat

· Compact rollator for a car

· 4-wheel walking aid

· Premium rollator for indoor and outdoor use

What should I look for when choosing the best rollator walker?

The best rollator depends on how and where it will be used.

Important factors include weight, folded size, wheel size, seat comfort, handle height, braking system, maneuverability and ease of folding.

For users who regularly travel or put their mobility aid into a car, a lightweight compact folding rollator such as Trive can be particularly convenient.
